At ConquerTravel, we take travel seriously—ourselves, not so much. Conquer Travel, LLC was founded by a husband and wife team - Chris & Heather Trudeau. That's us.

Chris is a lawyer and has been a law professor for 20 years, which is why you'll find a lot of good advice and legal tips on our blog. Heather is a PA and is also a professor, so you'll find some great advice about keeping fit and healthy while traveling. We have three kids ranging from 20 to 11. Sometimes you'll hear from them in blog posts or on social media. We are from Michigan, and we like to say we are Michigan travel experts. We've been just about everywhere in the state (we got married on Mackinac Island), so you'll get way too much information if travel in Michigan!

In both our personal and professional lives, we’ve spent years solving problems, doing research, and asking way too many questions. So naturally, we thought, ‘Hey, why not apply those skills to something people actually enjoy—like travel?’ And just like that, ConquerTravel, LLC, was born.
